CANCELLATION:

  • Order can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order (₹200 per pair ordered will be deducted from the amount on account of refund processing & payment gateway charges). After 2 hours, the order will not be cancelled for any reason whatsoever.

RETURN & REFUND:

  • Returns for refund will not be accepted for any order.

RETURN & REPLACE:

Replacements are accepted for two reasons:

  • Size issue: In case there is an issue with the size of the boots received, the buyer can return the boots for a replacement of his/her correct size. The boots will have to be returned within 7 days of date of delivery in an original, unused condition else the replacement claim will not be entertained.
  • Product replacement will be subject to availability of required exchange size. If required size is not available, the company will not exchange the product. (note: Size unavailability is a rare occurrence – usually linked to stock clearance sales)
  • Defects: In case there is a defect with the boots received, the buyer can return the boots for a repair/replacement (decided by us on inspecting boots) within 7 days of date of delivery.

Procedure:

For case of Size Exchange

  1. Send clear photos and a short description of the defect by whatsApp to the number +91 8882925101.
  2. Our customer support team will evaluate the condition of the boot and, accordingly, inform the customer about shipping the product back.
  3. Pick up of product will be arranged by us using Shiprocket for pincodes serviceable by them. If the customer’s pincode is unserviceable, the customer would need to ship the product to our unit in Noida.
  4. After receiving the product, our quality team will do an evaluation of the product to check if it has been sent back in a re-saleable condition. Post confirmation of good condition of boots, we shall ship the replacement.


For case of Product Defects

  1. Send clear photos and a short description of the defect by whatsapp to the number +91 8882925101 / 8882925100
  2. Our technical team will evaluate the problem and give a suitable solution, which could mean asking you to return the boots to our unit.
  3. If asked to return, the boots will have to be returned in the condition shown in the photos.
  4. Pick up of product will be arranged by us using Shiprocket for pincodes serviceable by them. If unserviceable, the customer would need to ship the product to our unit in Noida.
  5. On receiving the boots and further examination by our technical team, if the product is found to have genuine a manufacturing defect, we will replace the boots for a new pair. In this case, the buyer can claim refund of return shipping costs (shipping costs refundable will not be higher than the India Speed Post charges for shipping the boots in the delivery route from customer’s shipping address and our factory address).
  6. If, after evaluation, the defect is found to have been caused because of incorrect usage or any other non-manufacturing error, no replacement will be issued. Also, return shipping costs cannot be claimed by the buyer in such a case. If the buyer wants his/her original boots back, he/she will have to pay shipping costs for the same.
